What changes the quote
- Repository count — polyrepos with more than three related apps add analysis time.
- Subsystem roots — each extra bounded area beyond the included set is priced incrementally.
- Access friction — air-gapped or VDI-only environments may add setup days.
- Language mix — uncommon stacks are fine; exotic build chains may need a specialist reviewer.
- Urgency — readouts within two weeks of kickoff incur a rush surcharge discussed upfront.
Workshops and assessments require a 40% deposit to hold dates; the balance is due on delivery of final materials unless your procurement needs different terms we agree in writing.
